Investment in the hardware and software of technical
exellence could, however, become an unrealized asset if it were not for
the paramount skill levels of the company personnel, the employees ultimately
responsible for end-product quality.
Holloway has a policy of continuous staff training
applied as a formal on-going programme throughout all areas of the design
and production process. Standards, therefore, are not merely high: they
are the highest achievable and the very key to Holloway's dual ability
to firstly understand and interpret customer needs, then, by maximising
the full potential of modern production techniques, to supply equipment
which manufactures both product, and confidence, from day one of operation.
